This place is not for a single woman traveling alone.
Every time I wanted to use the pool, I had to wait for more than 20 minutes to get a pool towel. In addition, I was asked to pay for a shuttle to the airport whereas other guests didn't have to pay.

It has a somehow good location to access the city and touristic areas
It is a very old hotel, entrance, rooms, and furniture need renovation. It gives the impression that it needs cleaning all the time. Overall, it is a poor standard hotel.

The hotel is nicely decorated in a beautiful area, next to the SAPTCO bus station, city center, and a night club. the staff is very helpful and amazingly attentive, which was greatly appreciated. the location is exceptionally nice, within walking distance of the World Trade Centre.

Good location. Swimming pool. Mostly large rooms. Hotel is currently under renovation. So be prepared for some noise/ paint smells. Apparently all rooms are being upgraded with new furniture and flatscreen TVs.
Don't expect 4 Star service or facilities, 3 stars are more like it. A lot of dust under the bed. Some hairs in the bathroom. No sink plug. Bad TV reception.

This hotel was perfect, with friendly service and handy location near by city center mall. Location really close to 2 to 3 clubs, the market, and especially the soukh. Efficient check in and efficient check out. Everything terrific.

Dirty room, toe nails next to the bed, sleeping on the floor would have been better than sleeping in the bed. Booked 13 nights stayed only 1.
